Welcome to MixMyTea. By creating and purchasing a custom tea blend through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Custom Blend Orders

Each custom tea blend is created according to the ingredients and options you select during the configuration process. Please review your selections carefully before placing your order, as custom blends are produced specifically for you.

2. Product Information

We make every effort to display ingredients, product descriptions, and images as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color, appearance, or packaging may occur due to natural ingredients or production processes.

3. Allergies & Ingredients

Customers are responsible for reviewing the ingredient list before purchasing. If you have allergies, dietary restrictions, or medical concerns, please consult a healthcare professional before consuming our products. MixMyTea cannot be held responsible for allergic reactions or misuse of our products.

4. Returns & Refunds

Due to the personalized nature of custom tea blends, products made to your specifications cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective, damaged during delivery, or incorrect due to our error. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights under applicable Dutch and European Union law.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on our website include VAT where applicable unless stated otherwise. Payment must be completed before an order enters production.

6. Delivery

We aim to process and dispatch orders within the estimated timeframe shown on our website. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination or courier services.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, graphics, logos, images, and product configurator designs, remains the property of MixMyTea and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

MixMyTea is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
